2013
2013 is promising to be a VERY exciting year in the MUSIC ROOM.
CHOIR - is now on Tuesdays in the hall at 1.15 - 2pm. If you are in Year 2 - 4 you are welcome to come and join us.
STRINGS - Mr Singh and Mrs Robinson are back again this year to teach you how to be fabulous string players. String Ensemble is on Fridays at 8am in the hall and if you are selected to play in our advanced ensemble you will rehearse at morning tea on Fridays. Group lessons and individual lessons will also be on Friday with some private lessons with Mr Singh being on Mondays after morning tea.
INSTRUMENTAL and SPEECH & DRAMA - if you are interested in having lessons, enrolment forms can be collected from the front office. We offer lessons in singing (Year 3-4) with Ms MacNamara, Piano/Keyboard with Mrs Dillion or Ms Hibbard, Drums with Mr Gascogne, Guitar (Year 3-4)with Mr Roberson, Violin/Viola/Double Bass with Mr Singh, Cello with Mrs Robinson and Speech and Drama with Mrs Shepherd.
I am also very excited to have the addition of a SMARTBOARD in the Music Room. I look forward to seeing how we can integrate this wonderful technology into our lessons!
Don't forget that everyone is WELCOME in the Music Room so please pop in and see what wonderful things we are doing in there!
